Brief history of Web Designing - 

Web designing evolved in early 1990's. Earlier the process was very simplified and static but with the passage of time as things were flourishing same resulted in the field of web designing. Web Designing is the branch of Information Technology and is considered as major project of B.Tech training. Web page is the information which contains all the relevant details and description of the matter related to the subject for which a page has been created and designed.

CSS - 

Cascading Style Sheet is basically defined as a set of functionalities which is used in providing attractive layouts to the matter contained in a web page CSS enhances the styles and display factors to the end user in output screen. Bootstrap - 

Bootstrap is mostly used to define for providing grid system when a web page is being designed. Certain default set of instructions have been defined for its implementation which can not be over ridden. Mostly this technique is practiced.
